Terms
A plain statement of what a licence covers and what the product refuses to do.
Last updated 2026-09-25.
The short version
- What we sell
- Access to a credit curriculum and the platform that delivers it.
- Who it is for
- An institution, for its named employees. Not a consumer product.
- What it is not
- Not credit advice, not a credit decision, not a rating service.
- Term
- Annual, set in a signed agreement. This page is not that agreement.
The licence
A learner licence costs $540 per person per year, and belongs to one named person. It is not shared or pooled.
Managers, coaches and administrators are included at no charge. Implementation, learning-system integration and administrator training are one-time services.
Volume discounts of 10%, 20% and 30% apply from 401, 751 and 1,501 learners.
The line we will not cross
Crediteris teaches credit judgment. It does not exercise it.
It will not analyse a real client file, assist with analysis on a real borrower, or make or recommend a credit decision.
The boundary is built in, not promised. Case tools accept case data only, and nothing on the platform asks for a client document.
A credit decision stays with the institution and the person who signs it. Nothing a learner does here transfers that responsibility to us.
Who owns what
- Curriculum, cases, assessments
- Ours. Licensed for internal training, not for resale or public distribution.
- Your policy values
- Yours. Your risk scale, memo template and approval limits stay yours.
- Learner records
- Yours. Exported in CSV, XLSX or JSON on request and at the end of the term.
- Certificates
- Issued to the learner, evidenced to the institution.
Acceptable use
Do not copy the case library out of the platform, resell access, or share one licence between people. These are the only restrictions we enforce.
We suspend an account for a breach only after we tell the institution and it has time to fix it.
What we promise about the service
No service level is in force, because no institution is using Crediteris.
Availability, response times and support severities are agreed in the contract before a deployment starts.
Governing law
The signed agreement names the governing law and the forum. Where a client is a public body, its own procurement terms take precedence over ours.
