You pay for the people who take the training. Everyone else is included.
Learners

per learner, per year
A learner is anyone who takes pathways, assessments and certifications. The licence covers the full credit catalogue, every pathway, all assessments and certificates, the transfer toolkit and all content updates.
Managers, coaches and administrators
$0
no licence fee, in any number
Read-only observers, such as managers and regional coaches who follow their team's progress, are included. So are administrators and super administrators.
Why observers are free
In a lending team, a large share of the people who need to see training are not taking it. They are managers checking who is behind and coaches preparing a file review.
They cost us almost nothing to serve. An observer receives no course content, submits nothing to grade, earns no certificate and stores almost nothing. Charging them the same seat price as a learner would be billing for costs that do not exist, so we do not. It also removes any reason to keep managers out of the platform to save on licences.
Administrators are included for the same reason. There are only a handful per institution, and a separate line for them would make the price harder to read without making it fairer.
Included in the subscription
These items cost nothing extra. Several of them are things a buyer should expect to be included, and we list them so a zero is not mistaken for an omission.
- The full credit curriculum: all 27 modules, the placement diagnostic and the quarterly case clinic.
- Content updates for the whole term, including new clinic cases each quarter.
- Standard reports and dashboards for administrators and managers.
- All assessments, certifications and digital credentials.
- A non-production environment for testing and training.
- Hosting in Canada. It is how the product is built, not an upgrade.
- A named account manager for the term, working in French or English.
- User and administrator documentation in French and English.

Optional: business acumen track
The seven-module business acumen track is $32,000 per year for the whole institution, whatever the number of learners. It needs no extra configuration or services, so there is no one-time charge.
Discounts
- Early payment: 2% off an invoice paid within 15 business days.
- Volume: once an account passes 400 users in total, each additional learner licence is discounted. Reducing the number of learners never raises the price per learner.
