The content security policy in public/_headers blocks third-party script and connection sources, so the rules above are enforced rather than promised.
The learning platform
Crediteris runs on Discence. In a client deployment the platform holds the records a training programme needs, and nothing else.

- Name, work email address, role and level, supplied by the institution.

- Enrolment, progress, assessment results, certificates and currency status.

- Borrower names, client financial statements, real credit files. Case tools accept case data only.

- Nothing. No institution has deployed Crediteris.
Who controls the data
The institution decides who is enrolled and what happens to their records. We process those records on its instructions, under the contract.
A learner who wants to see, correct or delete a record asks their institution. It is the institution's decision to make, not ours.
Which law applies
A federal Crown corporation is subject to the Privacy Act. A private-sector institution is subject to PIPEDA, or to the provincial law that replaces it.
We hold no certification against either. The contract with the institution states the obligations we accept.
Where the data sits
Canadian production hosting is designed, not delivered.
It is not yet in client use. This public site runs outside Canada today. The status table carries the full account.
How long records are kept
Retention is set in the contract. The platform is designed for a minimum of three years, so an institution can evidence a completed certification.
At the end of a contract, records are returned in CSV, XLSX or JSON, then destroyed.
Changes to this page
We date this page on every change. There is no mailing list to notify, because we keep no addresses.
